Had daughter Martha, who was said to be living in Iowa in 1852, and was named an heir (Drucilla deceased) of her gt grfather, John S. Rutherford, in 1852 in Shelby Co., IN probate papers. JSR was father of 'Sally' (d. c1844), mother of Drucilla. Anyone know something about this Robert Hicks and his daughter Martha?
