Hi MaryJo, Go to http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/ Search for Hicks Findley (just fill in the 2 boxes) Click on the first and last entries and you will find much information that you seek as you explore all the links that come up like pedigree and descendancy. Not much on Caroline tho but she is listed by one source there. Strangley enough Findley can be spelled 5 different ways and one researcher considers Phindley the correct one. It turns out that Findley is a distant triple cousin of mine. This is not due to a HICKS connection but a MITCHELL one that also includes Presidents Bush, Bush and Taft. Herb
