Buried Cain Ridge Cemetary Research: Thomas Hicks is found listed on the 1896 Enumeration of Educable Children of Kemper County Ms. as the parent of Francis 16, Noams 13,Thos. 11, Lucy 10, Joseph 7, Effie 5. The family was apparently living in Kemper Co., MS. in 1896. Am not researching HICKS; I am researching another line into which Effie Mae HICKS married. Happy Hunting.
