Hello listeners I am looking for information on John P HICKS born in England in 1836 and married Maria ??? there in early 1862 and then migrated to America. According to the 1870 US Census, they were living in Lincoln TWP, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Their eldest child William J was born in Illinios in 1862 and the rest of their children were born in Iowa, they were Elisabeth born 1865, Frederick born 1867, Julla born 1868, Herbert George b 1871 and Alma Grace born 1876. By 1880, the census shows them living Neche Township, Pembina County, North Dakota. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated. Audrey
