My father's name is Michael Lee Hicks. His parents are Ollie Lee Hicks, and Mamie (Yates). His siblings are Royce Hicks, J.W. Hicks, Charles Hicks, Juanell (Hicks)Youngblood. He has given my a few names, one is Myrtel Jack, and Clora Bracken. My dad has an uncle they call "Uncle Tator", who is dead now and know one else has any more information. I know they orginated in Carolina, and travel Seminole Texas to Paris Texas. We are looking for roll numbers. If you have any information at all on anything please let me know.

I have ancestors and family with Cherokee descent who moved to Paris, TX and who grew up there. I would be interested in comparing family lines with you.
