My Hicks line was in Huntindon Co. and Centre Co. PA (Bellefonte area) in the late 1780's to 1800's. Isaac Hicks b. 1780 in Caroline Co. MD - d. 1845 buried Muncy Mt.; Thomas Hicks b. c. 1780 and Jacob Giles Hicks b. 1760 in Caroline Co. MD - d. 1850 in Indiana Co. Pa. They are the sons of James and Mary (Oxenham) Hicks; James was the son of Giles Hicks and Margaret (?) of VA and MD. Both Isaac and Jacob had sons names James, John, and Abraham.
