She married in 1843 in Greene co Al to a Berry Bunn of Pickens co Al,probably the community of Vienia (spelling), he also list his place of birth as N.C in 1818. They later moved to te community of Romulus, outside of Northport and across the river from Tuscaloosa. The only Hicks from N.C i can find in Greene co in this time frame is Asa Hicks and his wife Sarah (Sally) and Asas' son Tilmon and his family.I can not determine the names of the children of Tilmon but Asa had a daughter Martha. She married a Dinkins and apparently passed away leaving her daughter named Sara A.E in the care of her father and his wife. My Martha Hicks also had a daughter named Sara A.E,she also had a son named Irwin (Irvin). Asa also had a son named Irwin but records prove that Asas' daughter Martha and the Martha i am seeking are not the same. Everything i've found leads me to believe there is a relationship between ! the 2 Marthas but it's really confusing. I need all the help i can get and any would make me grateful to no ends.
