He moved to Louisiana between 1910 and 1920 with 2 adult children. Second wife was Cora Marler Provence. Son Otha Grant Martin married Lilly Lou Hicks and daughter Pearl Martin married Lilly Lou's brother James Hicks. their children were born between 1913 and 1935. the families lived in Rapides, Winn and Shreveport areas. some moved on to AR and MS.
