Clabourne Hicks was born in 1805 in Russell County, VA. I would suppect his father to be Clabourne Hicks B in abt 1763 the son of John Hicks who wife was Elizabeth Keesee November 19, 1787 they were married. Claiborne Hicks Born Russell Co Va in 1806 He was the son of John Hicks and Nancy Hamly He married Susan Hughes in Russell Co Va and had the following children James,Polly,Nancy,Jane,Elizabeth,Martha,Elijah,Francis,Susan,Ceily,and John Hicks between 1825 and 1857 all born in Russell co Va.
