Seeking information on Weisheimer's. Mathew Weisheimer b. in Hesse and died in 1870 in New Orleans, LA. His son Augustus Weisheimer married Sophie Hoffmann Sprowle (Sproule). The are seen in the 1870 census living in 9th ward New Orleans, LA with sophie's 2 sons from a previous marriage and 2 sons from this marriage. By 1880, the fmaily relocated for they are found in Merced Co., California. Augustus worked for the railroads. They had 2 other children shown on the 1880 census. Also I am looking for _______ Weisheimer who married Hanna Frederika Hoffmann Johnston. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
