    3. Hello everyone, My question is of a different nature. I have spent quite a while looking over Don Watson's web page. Thank you very much for the time and effort that has been put into such a wonderful resource, by the way. I have went to the Merged IGI on the Family History site for Europe, and while I get a couple of hits for the family names I enter, I do not get anyone remotely close to my family. My question is this, Has the Mormon Church been able to film the majority of the records? And is there any way to seach out which churches were destroyed in the combined World Wars? I have families not only in the Hesse-Cassel region, but in the Alsace-Lorraine area, and then there is the family that just poped out of nowhere (I am kidding. There is a researcher I talk to that says our ancestors are not the ones that are lost, we are. Our ancestors are right were they were when they were alive.)
