Hi, Phil, I have used this firm two times for similar payments, after seeing them recommended in Dick Eastman's Online Genealogical Newsletter: http://www.foreignmoney.com/ I can recommend them too. Call them, tell them the amount on the check you need, they charge it to your credit card, a couple of days later you get a check in the mail made out to your archives, in Euros, drawn on a German bank. You mail it to your archives as payment. Works like a charm. --Michelle Stone
