Hi, Listers, I am trying to find a book in German: _600-Jahrfeier der Gemeinde Burgschwalbach_ by Hermann Bauer, 88 pages [Gemeinderverwaltung], 1968, ISBN B0000BPN02. It is featured on both the English and German versions of Amazon.com, but seems to be out of print. I cannot find it (or any other pertinent books) listed in the Library of Congress or the FamilySearch.org online catalogs. Do you have any ideas of how I might obtain a copy of this book (or photocopy of its pages)? Perhaps by writing (sending money?) to a library in Burgschwalbach or Diez or Limburg (any addresses or experience with how to handle this?) I can't seem to find the addresses of any libraries by city in Germany by searching the web...but then I don't read much German (yet). I have found that my DEMARE ancestor's extended family lived at Oberhäusserhof near Burgschwalbach in what was then Nassau. The Protestants among them are listed in church books of Burgschwalbach and the Catholic ones were recorded at Daisbach. Other towns in the area are Aarbergen, Panrod, and the bigger cities farther away are Dietz and Limburg. I am trying to find out all I can about the history of that specific small rural area centered on Burgschwalbach and would especially want to find info on the Oberhäusserhof and its history, if any exists. Any advice, please? Michelle Stone Marietta, Georgia, USA
