I am a novice at genealogy and need help. My German relatives sailed from Bremen to New Orleans USA in Sept 1852. The father was Heinrick FURST,his wife Louise and their two children Martha and George .Not knowing the village they originated from, what is the best city or town to trace where they got permission to emegrate ?
