We rented a satelite Cel phone through our travel agency, one requirement was that you had to rent a full-size car - could have just been the particular rental agency we used. We also took along a global phone card, which was confusing to use, but we were able to make some phone-calls state-side. The cel phone was much easier, however, very expensive. Karen
