I am searching for information on my great grandfather, Heinrich KNOBELOCH, and his wife, Maria Katherine MAIER. They are listed in several US censuses as being from Hesse Darmstadt. They emigrated to the USA in the 1850s and settled in Perry County, INDIANA. Several of their children were born in Germany. Heinrich was born 7 Aug 1818 and his wife was born 1 Mar 1819. That is all I know of their origins. I would like to find out where they were from, who their parents were and who their siblings were. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks. Cal Knobeloch
