Hi Marina, I have some baptism records from that period. Mine start with the date,written out fully, year, day number, month, time of day, born and baptised (same day), the child was named (name)., son/daughter of local burgher and (occupation) father's name and his wife ( first name) born (maiden surname). Sponsors/godparents were (names, local burgher and occupations). Name of town, date, priest's signature. Let me know if I can be of more help.
