I am trying to find the parents of my 4th g-grandfather. His name was Johan Lenhart Ihrig and he came from Beerfelden, Hessen, Germany in 1773 on the ship Union, with a wife Beatha Margareta ?. Other Ihrig's that came to the US in 1771 were Johann Jacob, Peter and Michael on the ship Tyger. I believe they were related to Leonard, but I need the names of the parents to know for sure. Peter & Michael went to Northampton Co. PA and Jacob and Leonard went to Lancaster Co. PA. I show the parents of Jacob as George Ihrig and Anna Catharina Helm born abt 1706. I show their children as Johann Michel 1730, Johann Georg 1731, Johann Adam 1732, Maria Eva 1734, Conrad 1736, Johann Peter 1737, Johann Georg 1739, Eva Catherina 1740, Anna Margaretha 1743 and Johann Leonhard 1746. I show they were born in Unter-Sensbach, Starkenburg, Hessen, Germany. I think this is my family but I don't have any proof. My Leonard named his children as Jacob, Christian, George, Lenina (she is in q! uestion) Anna Catherine, Leonard Jr., Michael, Eva Maria, and Peter. Leonard died in 1822 in Washington Co.
