First the right spellings of the Towns for making your research easier: * Oberissigheim ist spelled correctly. It lays about 7 km north of Hanau and about 20 km east-north-east from Frankfurt am Main. * Kilianstädten lays about 6 km west of Oberissigheim In 1847 both towns belonged to the Kurfürstentum Hessen, a.k.a. Hessen-Kassel. Thus the Hessisches Staatsarchiv in Marburg (HStAM) is most likely having emigration records and may be further records of your ancestors. Check HADIS (see earlier emails from myself here in this forum) for further information, may be you're lucky. For the exact location of the two towns check Google Maps and then look at this historical Map of Hessen-Kassel: http://cgi-host.uni-marburg.de/~hlgl/atlas/id.cgi?ex=inhalt&lines=0&page=2¤t=27&id=26 By pressing "Vollbild" below the thumbnail you will see it with high resolution. These historical maps may be downloaded as well. On this same site (LAGIS) you can find tons of interesting historical maps refering to Hessen back from the roman times up to today.
