I'm curious, does the name in the index mean it is their estate record? Or if that name was in the estate records of someone else, would it name that person as well? I've seen it both ways in some US indexes, where I was excited to learn I found probate records only to learn my ancestor was merely listed on another and the departed was not included in that particular index.
