Hi Nancy, Do you have a marriage record that might give the town in Germany? If you have no marriage record and they married in Baltimore, you might try contacting the Zion Church of the City of Baltimore. The address and telephone number should be in the telephone directory.It was established mainly for German immigrants I believe and if you write they will look in their records for a small fee. You may get the info you need there. I got info on my greatgrandparents from Hessen from the church genealogist.
