Family lore is that her family were Chickasaw coming west in a covered wagon from the GA area during the time of the Trail of Tears but did not make it in time to sign up for the Dawes Rolls. She ended up marrying a Paul Graham in the TX area (probably in Longview, Gregg Co. as that is where her children were born) and is buried in Carrolton's Hill Top Memorial Park under her second husband's name of Cordell. I am NOT Linda Morcom. She is a friend who is kindly letting me do some research in Ancestry.com. As a result, Rootsweb insists that I am her and always gets our accounts mixed up.
