I would like to create a more specific and defined "roll-call", that would allow us to better focus on geographic location, and not just name similarity. I am kind of foggy as to where I am going with this, but I feel if all the (example) "Tennessee Hensley's"were identified as a group, we could look at our "distribution" throughout the state, by date and migratory pattern, and become a "study" sub-group. I know, at this time, I have more ties with the Central Tennessee Hensley's, but I'm not sure how to best identify them in a general roll-call, clump-of-names, format! I want to research my ancestor, Charles' birthplace, somewhere in N.C., but not until I have done all my homework in White Co. Tn.! Does this make ANY sence to anyone else? Maybe someone has a better idea.
