Is there anyone out there who has anything on the family of General Lewis Hensley, son of Lewis L. Hensley, son of Larkin and Margaret Hensley, son of Hickman Hensley? General Lewis was born and lived a portion of his life in Lewis County, Tennessee. I have several blanks as well as a lot of information that doesn't add up. I need all the help I can get. They were in middle Tennessee area prior to 1800's and probably moved their families in about 1806. No doubt they scouted the Lewis County area prior to their move. This Hickman is the one who had one wife, Agnes Fisher and another woman he did not marry - Elizabeth Rentfro.
