I recently returned from Salt Lake City. There are two books in the library there: Hensley Family Book and A People Called Hensley. I haven't had time to go through my things yet, but they seemed to be mostly about the families you are seeking. I don't know if these books are available for sale still or not. You might try the catalogue from the Family History Library to see if they have been microfilmed. If they have, you can order the film from Salt Lake.
