Your welcome Lisa. Maybe we'll end up being cousins. http://community.webtv.net/oitsuron/RONANDLUELLAEDWARDS
Hello everyone. I just finished uploading my family gedcom file to Rootsweb.com and I believe the link to access my database is http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=awiusdi I hope that if you have any information on the families listed in my gedcom that you will contact me, even if you dont really think it quite matches what little info I have about that particular name. Thank you all, Awiusdi
I will save your address. Thank you again Lisa
Well, keep trying. You might want to save my address because there may be a connection you'll find later. I will share what little Hensley info I have any time. Ron http://community.webtv.net/oitsuron/RONANDLUELLAEDWARDS
I have no idea. James would not talk about his family, and noone even knows his parents name. A Freida Young raised him. Now on the Marcum side, my husband is a descendent of Kathryn Whiteside who married Benjamin Franklin Marcum in Grant Co. Ky. Kathryn was Cherokee. But as far as Hensley goes I have no idea. Lisa
Hi Lisa, My Hensleys are from southern Ohio, ust a hop, skip and jump from Kentucky. do you have any Ohio connections with cherokee anscestry? Ron http://community.webtv.net/oitsuron/RONANDLUELLAEDWARDS
James was b. Dec. 11,1911 in Kentucky. Maybe around the Hart Co. area. He married Mildred Frances Houk also from Hart Co. James grew up with Freida Young as his guardian. I have no information who his parents were. James moved to Hendricks Co. Indiana where he died March 27, 1988. I am hoping someone might know of James Maxwell Hensley in their family tree. Thank you. Lisa
