March 23, 1995, p. 2a J.V. "Jake" Henry, 92, of 1126 Charlotte Lane, Hartford, died Wednesday, March 15, at the Ohio County Hospital. He was born in Daviess County, had lived in Ohio County most of his life, was a retired farmer and attended the Goshen United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Ena Westerfield Henry; a son and daughter-in-law, Virgil Lewis and Wanda Henry of Owensboro; a grandson, Dr. Stephen L. Henry of Louisville; a brother, Kigel Henry of Hartford; and several nieces and nephews. Services were at 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home, Hartford, with burial in Sunnyside Cemetery, Beaver Dam.
