In 1957 Dora Henry cast doubt on the conclusion that everyone (including me) had jumped to: that Francis HENRY of Poland, Ohio was son of Francis HENRY the elder who was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. Dora outlined the REED and BUCK collateral lines and their HENRY marriages. I identified as many of these as I could find and entered them into the "henrymac" database. Now I am finding that there were two separate collateral REED lines -- one originating in Lancaster/Chester Counties of PA and another coming to OH from New England and CT (as my HOPKINS line did).
