In doing my genealogy of my father's family, I have found two adopted Great Great grandfathers. I would not have known if a distant relative that I came across last year had not told me. None of it is listed in any official papers I have found. I am researching the family anyway, as if there were no adopted ancestors. I am telling you this because some of you may think you have the wrong family line because your DNA was not right. You may have some ancestors like mine. In my case, the adopted GGGrandfathers were always in the wives' lines and not the Henrys but it could be that some of you have this situation in your male Henry line. You may be tracing the right family but not match up with the right DNA. Dawn
