Her name was Grace Henry,born around 1863/1864. Place of birth may have been NJ but am not sure. She was married to Daniel Buchanan, and widowed before 1920. Remarried to a man with the last name of Bolger, and was widowed again before 1930. In both the 1920 and 1930 census she was living with my grandmother and other family members on NYC westside.
