My great grandfather was William Jackson Henderson. His wife was Martha Witcher Springer, daughter of Aaron Springer and Barbara Jones. Both William and Martha were born in Smith Co. Tenn. Their children were born in Macon Co.,TN. William served in the Civil War under a Major Golden Meador. I have tried to find his parents for some time but have had no luck.
