Hello Henderson cousins. I don't want to reinvent the wheel, so please advise me if this speculation has been investigated. Here goes. Nancy Osborne married Joseph Henderson as listed in DAR, with various and incomplete dates. We do know they had a son named Joseph Henderson who married Lucy Collier. Nancy Osborne has eluded all of us. There is a Nancy Osborne b. about 1756 who married a George Levisay. Nancy Osborne here is listed as the daughter of Ephriam Osborne and Elizabeth Howard. George Levisay is listed by one researcher as born in Rowan County North Carolina 1763 and died in Tennessee 1837. George Levisay is also listed with same birth dates 1763, however in Pa, and death in 1837 in Tennessee, married to a Nancy Millie Anderson, daughter of Peter Anderson. We do know the name Levisay and Osborne are familiar to the Henderson line here as they were accordingly named children of Joseph Henderson and Lucy Collier, one and same grandchildren to Nancy Osborne and Joseph Henderson Sr. Please advise on this issue, Mac?
