I think he was from Kentucky. Dave was a US Air Force Airman stationed at Ft. Lee, Virginia in late 1959 and early 1960 with the 4638th Support Squadron (SAGE/NORAD), Washington Air Defense Command, Air Defense Sector (ADC), 26th Air Division.
