Hello List: Might there be someone on this list that is familiar with a family of HENDERSON'S that resided in Yates Co., NY from abt. 1850 to present? My gggreatgrand-father was Matthew Henderson b: Scotland? married a Mary Kennedy b: Kells, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland. He died in, and is buried in, Jerusalem, Yates Co, NY. She died in Penn Yan and is buried with Matthew. They had, I believe, three children: William A., Mary Jane, & Margaret S. (my ggreatgrand-mother). Margaret married Chapman D. Sherwood.
