I don't think that my Peter and Henry were born in the US. I am currently waiting for some pension records to be sent to me on Peter b. 1842. I am hoping that will give me some much needed clues. I know that my Peter did not get married until 12-16-1874, and his wife was Lena Tshudy. They were married in Fulton County, Indiana. I think that it could be possible that there is some connection between your Peter and my Peter. Do you know if any of your Peter's children moved to Indiana? I currently do not know where my Peter was before coming to Indiana. I am hoping that the Pension records will shed some light on that for me. I don't know if I have been any help or given more confusion, but hopefully, you'll see something that looks familiar.
