I was told he was born in 1918/Pensacola. I would like to have those records. He died in 2000/Milton. Carl Dean Henderson was a performer at the Sanger Theatre. I know he went to a reunion a few years prior to his death. He was dubbed "The Al Jolson of Pensacola". He also did some "soft shoe". His father was Hubbard Henderson and his mother was Gertrude Adams from Pace. I am interested in locating census records/birth on the two parents/marriage records etc. If anyone has information on the Sanger Theatre, please contact me. I would love to acquire some of the old photos of him performing. I know he also performed w/a young lady for quite a while. I was told that the "PENSACOLA NEWS" had old photos and articles about the performances at Sanger. I will pursue that also. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!
