Obituaries Carolina Spartan , May 2, 1929. Forest City, May 1 - G.B. HENDERSON, prosperous farmer and one of the best known men in Rutherford county , died suddenly at his home near Harris. Retiring as usual, MR. HENDERSON'S wife heard him struggling and went to his bed, where she found he was unable to speak. He died a few minutes later. Funeral services were held at Holly Springs Baptist Church where he was a member. The services were in charge of the REV. D.J. HUNT, the REV. R.P. FIKES and PROF. J.D. HUGGINS of Boiling Springs Junior College. Interment was in the Holly Springs cemetery. MR. HENDERSON is survived by his widow and six children; MISSES ADDY and ALZORA HENDERSON at home, MRS.
