In all probability my John Henderson (married Sydney(----) was the father of your John Henderson m. Jane Greadon. John I left a will (1813--Jefferson Co VR) naming children Robert, John, Mary, Thomas and William (my line). John I left land in Ross Twp. He first appears in Jefferson Co. on land grant records in 1804 in Smithfield Twp (Ross Twp was not created then). Hope this helps.
