Hi everyone I am new to this list below is all I know about my family HENDERSON James m GILMOUR/GILMORE Jane son George b about 1834 only reference we have is Scotland (very considerate don't you think) we believe George came to Australia in 1853 on the "Jane Geary" or 1855 on "The Washington Irvine" He settled in Rockhampton Queensland and married DURNING Mary 1864 they had three children George b 1866 Thomas b 1868 John Alexander b 1869 all of these men lived their lives out in Rockhampton We are looking for descendants of these families We have no other information about the family back in Scotland and would dearly love to find them (really do not know where to start) Joy in Australia
