He married in Greene Co. in 1845. By 1860 he and his family had moved to Walker Co., GA. I have yet to locate him in the 1870 or 1880 census records, but his son, Richard, appears in Hamilton Co., TN in 1880. If this is the William you're looking for, let me know.
