Surnames: Henderson, Malott, Grieve Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/yNi.2ACEB/5543 Message Board Post: I am looking for information on John G (middle name may be Grant) Henderson, believed to be born in Pennsylvania (the 1850 census shows Kentucky), he married Hannah Dinwiddie in 1816 in Scott County, Kentucky and Martha T Young in 1834 in Salem Indiana. John and Hannah had H.D. (Harvey Dinwiddie) Henderson. In the Centennial History of Washington County, Indiana John G Henderson is listed as a Town trustee in 1817. H.D. Henderson was a physician in Salem, Washington County, Indiana until retirement in 1860. H.D. was married to Gabriella Malott dau of Eli W. and Melinda P.(Lumley)in 1855. H.D. and Gabriella had John M., Harvey M., Hannah M., James P., Daisy G., George. Daisy G. married Robert Grieve in Oct. of 1895 and they had four children--Mary, Helen, Robert and Lois.
