Thank you for posting this. One of my ancestors was William HENDERSON who arrived in Canada in 1823; his brother, Samuel HENDERSON, was with him. They were part of a family-group of KERR's and HENDERSON's arriving from Co. Sligo, Ireland. They had many descendants. I don't know if any of their descendants moved down to Michigan, but I can check one of the data bases. William's family remained in Quebec Province, but Samuel's family moved over to Ontario Province maybe in the 1840's. Betty (near Lowell, MA, USA) P.S.
