I am looking for a William Henderson born around 1775 in Baltimore, Maryland and died in Coshocton County, Ohio. He was married to Nancy Milburn born around 1765, maybe in Baltimore, Maryland. She also died in Coshocton County, Ohio. From what I understand, they were both buried in Belmont County, Ohio. They had a daughter Leah Henderson married to Joseph Hughes. Eva, I don't have any information on the children; however, the Clan Henderson records show that Susannah (White) is the daughter of John Henderson & Sarah Brockman. The record also shows her birth date as 1738. John is my GGGGG Grandfather through his son Joseph. I have a photo album loaded with CDV photos of the following individuals; Hamilton, Taylor, Pomeroy, Kinne, Bryant, Maj Gen W. S. Hancock, Lincoln and Post. The oldest DATED photo is 1864. Donna I am very interested in what you have on these Hendersons.I have been looking for a Henderson tie in WEakley for some time. My great-great-grandmother was SARAH HENDERSON, who married SPENCER SHARP, probably in Madison County, Mo., or thereabouts, circa 1828. I have no idea who her father was, but I do have some hints. In later censuses she said he was born in Virginia, and that she was born in 1812 in South Carolina. I am presuming Sarah and Spencer married in Missouri because they were living there in 1830 census next door to his father. They named their first son NATHANIEL HENDERSON SHARP, and a later son EZEKIELl. After a few years they moved to Weakley County where their other children were born. None of Spencer''s brothers or other relatives were in Tennessee. Spencer's brother ROBERT LOONEY SHARP also married a Henderson -- ISABEL -- in Madison County, Mo., and his sister Esther married a man named ROBERT HENDERSON.I do not know if any of these Henderson in-laws were related. 'Robert's wife Esther died, and their only child, MARY JANE, was living in Weakley County (I don't know with whom) in 1837 when she was named in her grandfather's will. There is strong evidence that she married in Weakley County when she was about 21 or 22 and moved later to Oregon. There was a family story that our line was related to KILLBREWS in Weakley and I tried to make Mary Jane the one who married into that family, but without success. I am married to Oren Henderson, I do not know if there is any connection, but we live on the Blackfeet reservation in Browning, Montana. My husbands family are mostly Cree and reside on the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation-also in Montana. The Rocky Boy Hendersons are descended from John Henderson. The Blackfeet Hendersons are decsended from Johns Brother James Winfred Henderson. These brother came out of Canada. I was waiting for another Indian Henderson, to pop up.
