    3. Mary C, The Josephine I am searching for(name I actually have is Willie Josephine), was born 1869 in Mississippi. According to info on the 1900 census, her father was born in Ms and her mother in Tn. That's really about all I know. That's why i'm interested in this Josephene on the 1880 census who is 11, hence born 1869. When she married in 1888, she stated she was a resident of Arkansas. So, someone moved there, and she went with. At least that's my thought on it. There is a Robert Henderson who owned property very near where she and her husband settled and bought property in Arkansas. so he is my hot prospect. But, the question is.....which Robert is he? I'm not sure where Polk County is, I'll have to look it up to see if it's close to Logan and Scott counties where she was. There are a couple sites on the web that have info on this line of Hendersons. However each has it's own version. And I don't know what kind of documentation they have. But they are something to get you started. http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~xrysta/public5/abner001.htm and http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Acres/6446/henderson.html KL -----Original Message----- From: M. I do not have Argulus Henderson as having ever moved to Arkansas--died June l860 in Yalabusha County, MS. Samuel Henderson had a sister Josephine Henderson who married John Quitman Davis and she lived until 27 Feb. l9l5 - died in Hatfield, Polk County, AR. I am missing a lot of info on Samuel Henderson's children as well as Argulus's children. Any help would be appreciated. Mary C.
