Dear Leo, William E. Hendershott published his book in 1988 and died soon after. However his son gave permission to N.Linn Hendershott to make copies and sell them. The "book" has a lot of mistakes and omissions, so with the disks you get a print-out of these facts to change and add to the orginal. On page 176 of W. E.
