I have contacted Bob Smith at Bob.Smith@victorreinz.com, and have exchanged info.Albert's Grandparents were; John E. Stifle (1831) & Rebecca Boyels (1834). Albert's Father is the son of Stephen Stifle (1803) & Mary Misner (1808) I may have made a error in my post but this as I have found them in the census.
