Lewllyn married Sarah J Spencer and they had at least 3 children. Two of their children (Lewis and Albert) died before reaching legal age. The third, Mary A. Headley was born abt. 1873, she married (first name unknown) Burton, btwn 1890-1893. She had a son, Albert Burton (later changed to Headley) b. 5 DEC 1893 in Indian Territory near Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. Mary was (according to family members) shot to death about 1895-1896, along with her husband who was said to be Native American (Indian). Also according to family members, Mary was "snapping beans" on her front porch while her son played nearby. Therefore I estimate the month of her death to be mid to late summer.
