Irene, have you checked the DAR books at the library, Pierce Register and some are found in the Comstock WV Heritage Books and also another place to look would be the Virginia Revolutionary Publick Claims in the three vols. compiled by Janice Abercrombie & Richard Slatten published 1992. The three volumes include all counties in Virginia. You also can write to the DAR and request their records on him.
