I've just printed out the article and want to thank you so much for sharing it. My father and family were from Buckhannon...he and 6 brothers and sisters were teens or young adults during the depression, so I'm very interested in these human stories. My grandmother's family is from Harrison Cty so I'm researching both, but from a distance (NH). Do you know if it's possible to access newspaper info on-line and what the newspaper names were (are)? Thank you again, and for any leads you can give me. I came across it while looking for information about PK Mine.
