Patricia, It was my great grandparents that were married and in his Civil War papers it says 1852, Blacksville, Pa., but I've been told it is WV. I can't find a record of their marriage and have been told they were married in Harrison County, but surely he should know where he went to get married, unless he was awfully forgetful. Rick Toothman gave a talk at one of the workshops and he is the one that told about people going to Blacksville and getting married at a big tree.
